Rosie is our first homebred champion. With her classic type, showy personality, and beautiful liver pigment, she finished at only 18 months with a novice handler. She has continued to age gracefully and is shown above finishing her Canadian championship at age 6 1/2 years.
Rosie aged gracefully with all of the other Indigo Dals. At the age of 12 and a half she was diagnosed with transitional cell carcinoma, also referred to as bladder cancer. With surgery and aggressive treatment Rosie beat all of the odds given to us by her doctors. Through sheer determination and a strong will to live she successfully fought TCC for two and a half years. On New Year's Eve morning her cancer took her from us. We will always miss this very special girl, our home and hearts are empty without her.
